Position: Business Development Manager

Required Attributes but not limited to:

  • Proven business development / client relationship track record in recruitment & staffing services across industries
  • Develop new clients, signing new contracts, generating leads & growing strategic accounts
  • Map / Create opportunities for the ready candidates available with impeccable job needs requirements
  • Assisting client in adding value through strategic resource allocations, staffing needs & optimization of resources
  • Leading a team of members primary from recruitment / staffing background
  • Ensure team is well lead, planned, focused on deliveries
  • Proactive approach, minimal supervision, focused on new & repeat businesses
  • Assist clients with market information, candidates availability / suitability
  • Work collaboratively with teams to match candidates with right jobs available
  • Presentable, service oriented, client focused, excellent communication & client relationship skills
  • Basic Computer Proficiency well versed with PPT, Excel, Word, Internet etc.
