Position: Team Leader – Recruitment
Experience: 4+ years
Job Location: Mumbai

Required Attributes but not limited to:

  • Solid end to end recruitment process experience preferably with any industry domain specialization
  • Should have proven people management expertise of handling team size of 3-10 members
  • Able to prioritize work of team members, meet deadlines, motivate & groom members
  • Should have depth of knowledge of relevant domain industry (for eg: IT/Banking)
  • Well versed with various tools, job site search, keyword commands, latest methodologies & sourcing techniques
  • Should be well networked in market for latest developments & updates
  • Prefer to have IT or any other specific industry recruitment experience in high quality hirings
  • Ensuring SLA / TAT are met well in time / deliveries
  • Manage candidate Selections, offer negotiations and follow up till joining / on-boarding of them
  • Able to do effective client interaction if required at times
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner
  • Basic Computer Proficiency a must for this role
